With a Bull Run custom coffee blend — crafted from our vintage, drum-style roaster — we can enhance your menu's unique personality and maximize its taste profiles. We offer the following roast degrees:
Our lightest degree of roast. The beans, developed perfectly and fully, appear dry yet there is no grassiness or sourness. All of the distinguished natural flavors in each varietal are at their finest. Beads of oil appear on the surface of the beans. All of the natural coffee characteristics are prominent, but the lightly caramelized sugars introduce a mild-roasted flavor to the profile. The beans have been visibly coated with oil. Some of the natural flavor profile has been reduced and replaced with the smoky hint of the beans' caramelized sugars. Our darkest degree of roast. The oils have been allowed to roast onto the beans. The natural flavors have been replaced with a smoky, caramelized flavor.
